Device warranty

Every device we sell comes with a written warranty: 6 months on used (imported) devices and 1 year on new devices, including cameras and smart home products. The duration is stated on your invoice.

Repair warranty

Replaced parts and labour are under warranty. [Duration]

Installation warranty

CCTV, network and smart home installations are under warranty, and devices carry the official warranty. [Duration]

Inspection

Inspection is free, and every device is tested in front of you before pickup.
